At Sticknetic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We take great pride in the quality of our personalized and printed products, and we stand behind every order.
While many of our items are made-to-order and customized just for you, we do accept returns and exchanges under specific conditions, outlined below.
✅ Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following criteria:
- The item was damaged during shipping
- The item arrived with a printing error
- The package was lost in transit
- You received the wrong item
Please note: Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns due to buyer's remorse or mistakes in uploaded photos or selected options.
🆓 Free Replacements
We will provide a free replacement at no cost to you if:
- The product was damaged during shipping (please provide a clear photo)
- There was a printing or production error on our part
- The package was confirmed lost in transit (based on tracking)
- You received a different item than what you ordered
If any of the above applies, please contact us at sticknetic [at] outlook [dot] com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and supporting photos if applicable.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Digital products are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Personalized artwork created based on your uploaded photo is not eligible for return unless there is a confirmed defect, error, or damage.
- Items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.
📦 How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact us at sticknetic [at] outlook [dot] com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Attach clear photos if your item is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.
- We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
📮 Return Shipping
- If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
- In most cases involving damage or error, you will not need to return the item and a replacement will be shipped at no extra charge.
🕒 Processing Time
Once we receive your return request and verify the issue, we will:
- Process replacements within 3–5 business days
- Process refunds (if applicable) within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment method
