  • If your upload violates these rules, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

  • We offer unlimited free revision per custom order. 

2. Digital Products

  • All digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable.

  • You may use digital files for unlimited personal or commercial print use.

  • You may not resell, share, or distribute the original digital files.

3. Printed Products

  • Physical products (e.g., prints or stickers) may be replaced or refunded if they arrive damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Delivery times may vary based on location and production times.

4. Account & Use

  • You may not impersonate someone else or provide false information when placing an order.

  • We reserve the right to block or refuse service to anyone engaging in abuse, fraud, or violations of our terms.
